How to drink more water in a day to keep you hydrated

In our daily routine we forget this , that we are human being and we have to fuel  with the thing which our body needs no doubt that our body needs the water ,and we hear an advice that we should drink penalty of water but the question is that HOW ??????How we can develop a routine to drinking penalty of water everyday religiously.

Buy a cute tumbler / bottle

When you will buy a bottle or you will make a specific  bottle for water it will make you excite about drinking water and you will not feel boredom to  follow a specific routine as ,you know the water is essential element in our body crack down so in my prospect one should not neglect





Put some fruit that you like in water

If you don 't like the taste of water than add fruits of your choice in it it will change the taste of the water and also your mood becomes very fresh and body feels energetic and extra hydrated every day try this tip in your daily water drinking routine and feel healthy with fruits tastes strawberry ,cucumber ,oranges ,lemon these will flush outhouse toxins and stress of body .





Hide any bad drinks from yourself

Hide the bad drinks from yourself that you would be able to drink water in replacement of them if you are habitual of that things slightly replace them with water. These drinks are too much dangerous for human health  and do the work of poison .


Give yourself a reward in return

It is a trick that set your goals and give yourself a reward in return of drinking a lot of water in a week ,for example  'go without sugary drinks at least one weak and than give yourself a soda or ice cream at the end as a reward .
